Firstly, why do I need a username and password?

A username and password protects confidential information on a website. Without a username and password you will not be able to access the site. All TFS members are entitled to their own username and password.

Usernames and passwords have been set up with different access levels. For example your TFS Online administrator has access to more information than other brigade members.

How do I get a username and password?

Forgotten your username or password?

Volunteers can use the Lost Password form to have a new password auto generated and emailed to them. Contact the TFS Online administrator and ask them to provide you with details of your username if you have forgotten it. What happens if I am an Employee and a Volunteer?

TFS Online will recognise your different roles and automatically provide you with access to the information you need to do your job. You will only require the one login.
